today’s juice recipes

so mom got me a juicer for my bday and I’m experimenting. I figured you could all benefit from my successes and failures. ;o)

one medium pineapple
pint of blueberries
half a pint of strawberries

this recipe made a little more than 3 cups of juice.

1 largeish beet
bunch of lettuce (I mixed red & green leaf)
6 medium carrots
3 cloves of garlic

the garlic made it waaay spicier than I anticipated (they weren’t that big!) so I added 3 apples after the fact and that evened it out a bit. still has a kick, but not as bad.

this recipe makes almost a liter of juice.
